  • PSA 74 now, was 230 at last visit
  • Continue zytiga
  • Radiation on hold for now
  • Can take Tylenol or Motrin when in pain, won’t cause constipation.
  • Appetite: eating good still
  • Should take prune juice
  • No GI because he is improving
  • Urinary issues due to old age
  • Radiation and surgery have equal outcomes. It would be a major surgery
  • 6 week follow up
