- Pharm said he declined to pay copay of $2500. Needs info for copay assistance. Discussed that doctor said their office would be handling this. Turns out no.

- Call Pcp: Referral for radiology approved 9/21. Got appt for 10/2 at 1030. Will try to get in on 9/28 if cancellations.
- Call Scripts: med is in stock, able to provide. Need rx. Person in charge of copayment gone.
- 9/26 Scripts able to cover med 100%, will have in 48 hrs
- Pharm to transfer med from other Pharm
