  • Weight 171, used to be 205,
  • PSA now 225
  • Needs new meds
  • Start Zytiga
    • 4 pills a day, take on empty stomach,
    • take 2 a day for a few days, then up to 3 then 4.
    • Main side effect is tiredness.
    •  will find help with copay.
    • Only delivered through specific places, very expensive.
    • Takes a couple weeks to get in system
  • Prednisone
    • twice a day,
    • Take with food
  • Will send to radiation specialist to treat areas in back. Submitting referral today.
  • Needs blood work 1 week prior
  • 2 months follow up
